Perle de la Miramar is 750 meters to the beach.  The Apartment is situated in the heart of the old town of glitzy Biarritz with unobstructed views of the quiet neighborhood street below and with the beach in easy reach.  Just a few minutes walk away, an abundance of trendy shops, vibrant bars and fine restaurants are on your doorstep to quickly give you a taste of Biarritz coastal culture.

The 35 sqm Bijou apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator.  The classic style  building which has been restored has a fob for remote access.  The Apartment with its white walls and wooden floorboards is comfortably furnished to provide aesthetic pleasure during your stay.

Light flows into the spacious living and dining area with its high ceilings through two sets of  French doors onto the Juliet balcony. The open plan living room with a sofa that can be opened into a queen size bed.  The well equipped kitchen with oven, cooktop and dishwasher is perfect for those wishing to cook.  A breakfast bar with four stools for eating or throw open the doors and relax with your morning coffee and croissant on the balcony.

The mezzanine area above is furnished with  a queen size bed and minimalist furnishings.  The Mezzanine is approximately 1 meter in height so you cannot STAND UPRIGHT.  The bathroom on the main floor has a shower and washing machine to do your laundry.

The Neighborhood 

When you have settled in, step out and explore the local neighborhood with its shops and restaurants before strolling down to the edge of La Grande Plage.  Gastronomers will love the amazing market at the Halles de Biarritz, only a 10-minute walk away, including many wonderful Basque specialities. If you are looking for a fantastic vegan experience do not miss XuXu vegan restaurant immediately as you leave the Apartment building, should not be missed

Biarritz is of course a mecca for surfers head to La Plage de la Cote des Basques a favored spot with enthusiasts from across the world and ride the waves. 

The Pyrénées-Atlantiques region, whether idyllic Basque villages near the majestic mountains, wilder beaches along the coast or pretty seaside villages. with all the international surfers

You may prefer to just stay in Biarritz, close to where you can explore, shop, dine, surf, play golf or just relax by one of the many wonderful beaches this part of the Basque coastline has to offer.
