The smallest of the two villas on Le Domaine du Chasselas. Both have been thoughtfully designed with stylish, rustic décor with high-end finishes. La Grappe's petite kitchen is well appointed including a dishwasher and oven. Step outside, to a private terrace with panoramic views and table and chairs.  Perfect for a glass of wine, al fresco dining and to immerse yourself in the beauty and serenity of this valley.

Villa Interior

The villa with its bijou, chic charm with everything you need to make it a holiday to remember. It is decorated comfortably with individual touches and attention to detail. Features such as exposed stone and exposed wood beams which give it character and charm. The villa has reversed cycle air conditioner heating to keep the temperature perfect in any season.

The Living room is bright and airy with a large picture window with gorgeous views. The Living space has been designed as an open plan; includes a kitchen with a 4 seater dining table in a comfortable living space. The TV and DVD player includes an extensive selection of DVD's to enjoy a relaxed movie night. 

A staircase to the rear of the house will take you down to the lower ground floor main bedroom king bed and spacious en-suite. Beautiful tranquil views and with an external door that opens on to a small grassy area with table and chairs perfect to enjoy your morning coffee, watching the sunset, the local deer and the resident Owl family.

The Gardens

The Spacious grounds of 4.5 acres provide a private and peaceful setting with views across the valley with its rolling hills and fields of sunflowers. An abundance of outside space for exploring, running on the grass or simply sitting peacefully beneath one of the many trees.

The Region

The Midi-Pyrénées is home to some of France's most iconic rivers and waterways: the Garonne and the Lot, the Aveyron and the Tarn, as well as the Canal du Midi and the Canal des Deux Mers. Explore the area including the nearby villages of Lauzerte and Montjol, Agen, Montauban and Toulouse.

The Tarn-et-Garonne is a fascinating region filled with many wine producers where you can taste the local wines, prune making establishments and also a hat maker renowned for the famous boaters of Maurice Chevalier. The variety of produce in this department is extensive ranging from apples, prunes, peaches, nectarines, cherries and kiwis, to garlic, especially l’ail de Lomagne, black truffles, the familiar dishes featuring duck and goose, patés, terrines, cassoulet and a variety of wonderful meat dishes, wines, cheeses, snails and fish, the array is endless.

What you should know…

• La Grappe does not have a pool but does have a lovely private Terrace with dining table and chairs and stunning views over the valley
• Although cozy and characterful, the upstairs bedroom floor is not insulated to the bedroom directly below.
• The Recreational room is shared with Le Prunier Villa.
•  The large 4 acre Gardens is shared with Le Prunier Villa and the Owner's Property 
• A car is recommended for visiting the area.
• An additional exclusive refrigerator is available
• Washer and Dryer are onsite
• There are two other properties that make up Le Domaine de Chasselas. La Grappe Villa shares the gardens with La Prunier villa 
• The other home is private to the Owners.
